Compliance Manager Responsibilities

Oversee and manage various quality management systems, including ISO standards.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Research regulations to support new product approval processes.
Manage batch control and FIFO processes for product integrity.
Coordinate regular health and safety checks across operations.
Compliance Manager Skills & Experience Required

Demonstrable experience in compliance/quality management and auditing.
Proficiency with ISO standards, ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016, ISO14001:2016, and ISO27001.
Strong report-writing skills and experience in creating non-conformance action plans.
Experience in policy and process development.
Familiarity with medical devices and manufacturing processes, and knowledge of IOSH.
