HR Manager in Oakley - CV-Library

We're excited to be working alongside an educational organisation to assist in their search for an HR Manager to cover multiple sites, on a full time, permanent basis. This role is field based with the need to cover sites across a local, geographical area.

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

* Acting as a business partner within the organisation

* Supporting, coaching and advising line managers

* Working closely with the HRD

* Assisting with HR department recruitment

* Implementing policies and procedures

* Line management of 2 members of the HR team

* Ad-hoc HR Manager duties

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience within a similar role

* The ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders

* Good IT skills

* CIPD Level 7 would be desirable but is not essential

* Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to local sites
