About Us: Care Management Solutions Ltd has been dedicated to providing nurturing and supportive environments for young people aged 8 to 17 since 2005. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as Registered Manager and lead our team to success.

Responsibilities: As Registered Manager, you will:

* Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and management of the residential care home.

* Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies and procedures.

* Develop and implement care plans and strategies to meet the individual needs of each child and young person.

* Oversee budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation for the home.

* Foster positive relationships with children, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting.

* Registered Manager qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent).

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Empathy and understanding towards children and young people.

* Willingness to undergo a DBS check before commencing work.
