Quantity Surveyor in Worksop - CV-Library

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a local authority in the North of Nottinghamshire. As part of the Property and Development team, the Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the delivery of Quantity Surveying services to a range of capital projects.

Responsibilities for the Quantity Surveyor:

Deliver quantity surveying services for a number of capital projects
Manage and respond to enquiries
Procurement and management of contracts
Deliver housing capital investment program

Successful applicants for the Quantity Surveyor role will have
Willingness to learn, adapt and problem solve
Ability to take initiative
Some experience or training in procurement or QS work
