Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum plus bonus

As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for leading and developing your team to exceed targets and expectations.

* You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store and the team

* You will take control and get fast, impressive results through your team

* You will communicate effectively and resolve problems with clear direction

* You’ll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more

* You’ll make sure that customer journey is at the heart of everything you do and every decision you make
