Mobile SMART Repair Technician who has experience repairing small to medium-sized damage on vehicles quickly and efficiently is required for a role based in Swansea, Wales.
FULL INDUCTION AND TRAINING PROVIDED
SALARY: £35,000 OTE (Includes Generous Basic Salary plus Uncapped Bonus) + Overtime Available + Fully Stocked SMART Repair Van, Fuel Card, Home start, Uniform, Mobile, Career Progression Opportunities plus Full Induction and Training
LOCATION: Swansea, Wales / Travelling to sites covering SA postcodes

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Mobile SMART Repair Technician who has experience repairing small to medium-sized damage on vehicles quickly and efficiently.
Working as a Mobile SMART Repair Technician you will have an eye for detail and have experience repairing vehicle paintwork, dents, and alloy wheel refurbishment repairs.
As the Mobile SMART Repair Technician you must enjoy working out on the road as you will be visiting clients within your territory and carrying out small to medium sized repairs to damaged vehicles on site.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Mobile SMART Repair Technician include:
Alloy wheel refurbishment
Used car / van preparation for resale
Attending to and repairing scratches, scuffs and dents
General interior refurbishment
Carrying out all repairs according to best practice procedures
Meeting acceptable safety and quality standards
Interpreting and implementing technical instruction data
Using all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs
Ensuring that all vehicles comply with safety standards
Working within agreed time parameters
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as a SMART Technician
Full Driving Licence
Works with a high attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Has great organisational and time-management skills
Willingness to support the company to grow the business
