As the Regional Support Manager, your remit will include:
Providing operational and quality support to our care homes, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care.
Working closely with Home Managers to achieve stellar clinical and performance standards.
Assisting with internal audits, investigations, and compliance.
Developing strong relationships with regulators and external stakeholders.
Travelling to various locations, including Macclesfield and Gloucestershire.

Be a qualified RGN with a valid NMC pin number.
