As the Regional Support Manager, your remit will include:
Providing operational and quality support to our care homes, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care.
Working closely with Home Managers to achieve stellar clinical and performance standards.
Assisting with internal audits, investigations, and compliance.
Developing strong relationships with regulators and external stakeholders.
Travelling to various locations, including Macclesfield and Gloucestershire.

The ideal candidate for the Regional Nurse and Home Manager Support Manager role will:
Be a qualified RGN with a valid NMC pin number.
Have a strong understanding of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
Have significant history in the care sector and prior background working as a Home Manager.
Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Be able to meet challenging deadlines and prioritise effectively.
Have a commitment to promoting employee development.
