As a Mental Health Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality, safe nursing care in compliance with the NMC Code
Coordinating care, leading comprehensive nursing assessments, and evaluating person-centred care
Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and keeping accurate records

The ideal Mental Health Nurse will have: An active NMC PIN and be a registered nurse
A minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience
Relevant clinical experience

The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
