Associate/Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor
Leeds
£50,000 Salary Negotiable based in Experience.
Our client was named as one of The Times Best Law Firms. They were also listed among the top-ranked law firms for its work in the corporate, employment, intellectual property, and family law sectors.
They are now in a position to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor. They would also consider a Partner for the right person.
Responsibilities include:
Provide high-quality legal guidance to clients on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects.
Manage complex transactions from inception to completion, leading team deals effectively.
Advise clients on property finance matters, including financing, refinancing and restructuring transactions.
Review and negotiate commercial leases, licenses and other property-related agreements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing responsive and proactive communication.
Generate referrals from existing clients and contribute to the Firm’s business development.
Supervise junior members the Commercial Property team, providing guidance and support.
