A leading Tier One contractor requires a Works Manager for a 36 Months project in Wareham Dorset. The project is on the Environmental Agency framework.

You will report to the Site Agent throughout the scheme and will manage the subcontractor's to ensure they are complying to the health, safety and quality requirements as well as ensuring they are on track with the programme.

Duties include:

Advising the engineering team with solutions to technical challenges
Assist in production and integration of 3-week programmes
Manage designs from the inhouse and external designers
Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant and material requirements
Training and mentoring the junior members of the engineering team
Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process
Managing RFI's and Technical QueriesPlease note this assignment is inside IR35.
