Project Engineer in Great Baddow - CV-Library

We are looking for enthusiastic new candidates to join our growing team as Project Lead Engineers in order to support our ongoing expansion.

The Lead Engineering Manager is the person to whom the Project Lead Engineer reports. Throughout the project lifecycle, the Project Lead Engineer is in charge of product design, development, and verification. They use their knowledge and experience to adjust the project governance and lifecycle to address risks and successfully complete the project.

A multidisciplinary engineer is needed for this position to supervise and evaluate the several functional engineering teams' project contributions. On the project, the PLE serves as the primary technical point of contact with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Give the project team clear technical leadership and guidance.

• Create a plan for engineering management.

• Offer engineering governance for the duration of the project.

• Oversee a project's technical risks, opportunities, and mitigation/capture efforts.

• Writing technical ideas and submitting bids (along with the bid team).

• Technical components of the project and product configuration control.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Comprehensive understanding of several engineering specialties

• Capacity to control scope creep and manage customer expectations.

• Strong technical communication and writing abilities
