Your Ideal Profile:
The ideal Head Chef has previous experience in a similar environment, working with fresh food menus at a high standard, in fast paced venues with strong experience in high volume and managing teams.

Your mission:

Producing consistent delicious dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard, along with amazing special you get to create!
Ensuring Food safety and health and safety policies are adhered to and completing all corresponding due diligence.
Careful management, ordering, and counting of stock.
Supervising, training, and managing the kitchen team, always encouraging development and growth.
