We would love to hear from candidates with a passion for environmental and green initiatives as well as solid experience working within change management.

Our client is particularly passionate about creating change and carving a progressive and innovative business to work for. Our client has a unique structure-less working environment, they have a flat structure and empower their people to make decisions for the businesses with their colleagues, client’s and suppliers best interests at heart. This structure doesn’t suit everybody so we urge interested candidates to consider whether they like to be actively managed, or if they are able to manage their workload, responsibilities and make decisions with very limited input. As such, we are looking to speak to experienced, unflappable and self-managed professionals who have extensive experience leading and managing change within a business. Candidates that already have experience working within the energy sector are of particular interest, but our client is extremely open to receiving applications from candidates that have proven experience within change management.

The successful candidate as Change Management Lead will play a pivotal role within the business to ensure that the company is in-sync with their industry and competitors. This role will involve improving the businesses performance within the energy supply industry as well as helping to manage change to ensure minimal disruption for the business and their clients. Typical duties for this role will include the following; -Continuously monitoring industry trends including technological advancements and regulatory changes -Regularly attending conferences and events to stay in-tune with industry changes -Engagement with industry experts and reading reports -Act as a conduit between external industry developments and internal teams -Sharing industry insights with the wider team and suppliers -Developing and running training sessions for colleagues -Assist the business in adopting a culture of continuous learning -Actively collaborating with colleagues and suppliers to ensure changes are implemented across the business seamlessly -Consider financial implications and evaluate risks associated with any required industry changes -Develop and share risk-mitigation plans -Ensuring the company is always prepared for unexpected challenges arising from regulatory changes

We would love to hear from Change Management professionals who love to be ahead of the curve and have a real passion for the energy sector/sustainability. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a thriving, fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful Change Management Lead will also support the wider team to develop their skills and desire to optimise change across the business. Applicants who already have experience working within the energy or sustainability sector will be at a real advantage, however we would love to hear from all candidates that have the following skills and experience; -Extensive experience working within change management -Confident with project management -Proficient in projects and change methodologies and techniques -Strong analytical skills -Ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities -Confident with data analysis, reporting dashboards and collaboration tools
