We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Lead Project Engineer who will be responsible for design, development and verification of products during the lifecycle of crucial projects in space science and earth observation.

You will need to come from a multidisciplinary engineering background to be able to oversee a variety of engineering input to the projects. This could be suitable for someone who is an established Project Engineer looking to take the next step, or someone who has a varied engineering background such as a Systems Engineer.

Role / Responsibilities: 

Deliver technical leadership and direction to the project team
Support throughout the project lifecycle with engineering governance and Engineering Management Plans
Identify risks and opportunities and manage them accordingly
Contribute to bidding activity
Configuration control – product and project
Skills / Experience: 

Wide ranging knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines
Strong stakeholder management
Technical documentation experience 
Salary / Benefits:

Basic salary in the range £50K - £68K depending upon previous experience.
