Job Description

A great opportunity to join our Ely based client working in a supportive team, this role will suit someone who thrives in a busy and varied administrative environment.

Duties will include:

* Answering calls and processing email enquiries

* Entering and recording data

* Producing reports

* Raising invoices to clients

* Chasing overdue invoices in a timely manner

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information

* Preparing accurate letters, proposals and reports

* Managing diaries and booking appointments

* Arranging meetings

* Maintaining databases

* Providing general administrative support

Experience/skills required:

* Able to undertake administrative work accurately and in a methodical way

* Self motivated and someone that also enjoys working as part of a team

* Ability to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise a varied workload

* Excellent time management skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to speak to people face to face and over the telephone clearly and concisely

* Experience of working within a customer focused environment

* Strong IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

* Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality written work with experience of document editing

* Highly confidential and professional

Hours of work:

9-17.00 Monday - Friday
