Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Gillingham - CV-Library

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our clients team based in Medway. You will in particular have experience of working with Hydraulics and Pneumatics.

Duties will include the reactive and preventative maintenance of existing machinery, fault finding, rectification and modification.

Candidates will need to understand the impact that downtime has on the production line and liaise regarding the supply of additional engineers / spares to resolve the issues.

Candidates will be educated to HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and have had an involvement with machine tools and processes. Candidates will also be able to read engineering and schematic drawings.

Hours of work are 37 per week, working Monday to Friday
