We are looking for somebody to operate this 1 Rosette relaxed dining style menu with great local produce and daily changing specials. Up to 200 cvrs on a busy dinner service with a team of 7 chefs. Help with relocation cost / Acomm a possibility. This is a great product looking for a strong kitchen manager to deliver solid cost control and consistent product across the board. Ideal for a strong sous looking to take a step up or a current Head Chef looking for a change.
