£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

4.30am - 5.30am- 1pm - 2pm Shift Monday to Friday - This can flex after probation.

I am recruiting for one of my favourite businesses within the FMCG industry. We are looking for a Transport Manager to work with the leading business globally within the industry! The brand and business are very well regarded around the world and they also have a brilliant reputation in the area to work for and in the local community.

Key responsibilities

-Lead the transport team to ensure efficient and cost effective delivery

-Utilise your management skills to drive consistently excellent performance to deliver KPIs for Safety, Quality, Service and Cost whilst promoting an inclusive culture that is focused on employee engagement

-You will continually motivate and support the team by encouraging professional development and providing consistent feedback

-Managing the transport scheduling, planning delivery schedules in accordance with drivers hours to maximise utilisation of company resources

Profile:

-Strong Communication skills

-Strong Management skills

-CPC

-Can work from your own initiative

-Experience within transport management
