This is an exceptional opportunity to work for one of the largest and most well-known IT brands in the world as a Security Cleared Desktop Support Engineer.
You will be based on a highly secure site in Edinburgh.

Job Summary
Your day-to-day activities will include resolving a wide variety of desktop software and hardware incidents and service requests, logging tickets, escalating to 3rd Line when needed.
You will be involved in building and configuring laptops and desktops, as well as some mobile device support.

Essential Skills

Active MOD, MOJ or Home Office Security Clearance
Window experience including deployments via SCCM
Some knowledge of IT networks including DNS/IP/DHCP
