Sphere Solutions are currently recruting for an experienced works manager to join a reputable, oversees civil engineering subcontractor on a permanent contract. Our client specialise in large structures, bridges and viaducts.

Our client are currently looking for a Works Manager position to be based on their Birmingham project (B46 1PB).

The Candidate:

* Experience in building concrete structures.

* Experience in working with large structures, bridges or viaducts.

* Valid up to date qualification in Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) accredited with the CITB

* Valid up to date qualification in NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management from an accredited learning provider.

* Valid up to date possession of managers Construction Skills Certification Scheme (Black CSCS Card)

* Able to act as a Temporary Works Co-ordinator and Temporary Works Supervisor in line with the requirements of CDM Regulations 2015.

* Minimum of 10 years’ experience acting in a similar role within structures

* Experienced in General foreman role previously.

* Fluent in speaking English.

* Clean UK Driving license
