The Opportunity-
We are looking for a Health & Safety professional to take on the role of Principal Designer in our client's growing Health and Safety team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person with drive, enthusiasm and a good knowledge of design and construction-related activities and the designer's duties to develop the Principal Designer role.
Your skills and experience-
Experience within a similar position, demonstrating strong construction background, design knowledge and familiarity with construction health and safety
Experience and expertise in compiling and reviewing significant hazard and risk registers, designing risk management and Health & Safety plans
Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills and an interpersonal style that enables you to excel in a direct client-facing role
Ideally, you will hold a NEBOSH General Certificate / Construction qualification and Design/ construction qualification and experience.
