Telephony Operator in Ballymena - Brook Street UK

Brook Street are working with our Client looking for an experience Telephony Operator
Our client is looking for an experienced Telephony Operator to join their team based in Belfast City Centre.
This role is temp on going, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
In this role your duties would include
-Answering telephone calls and providing advice as first point of contact
-General customer service duties
-Inputting data, maintain records and reporting systems.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in a similar role with strong telephony skills, along with IT/Microsoft office proficiency
5 GCSE grades A-C
1 year experience in a similar role
In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.59 on a weekly basis, along with 34 days Annual leave including 12 bank holidays.
