RE Recruitment have teamed up with a leading point of sale marketing company who are looking to increase their team of fitting & installs team.

The company 

The company are a design, manufacturer and install of static POS systems working for blue collar companies across the UK including  Tescos, Audi, adidas and many more. These include branded signs, information boards, products stand designed and manufacturers by the company. The company have been established for over 60 years and lead the way for customer experience and point of sale retail marketing goods. 

Install / fitting operatives.  

Due to increased demands for business needs the company are looking to hire new fitters that will travel the UK to install signage and POS systems into retail uni.  

The business is looking for well presented, self-motivated trade individuals with good customer focus who can be flexible with working from home and working on some weekends. You will be working at retail sites where operating hours will determine when you able to fulfil you work so there will be some evening/ night working. 

Travel days / time are paid from depot in Tewkesbury so you may have weeks where you are driving a day to Scotland, 2nd complete works & then 3rd day driving home. Meal allowance and hotels are paid for by the company.  

The Role 

*Travelling the UK fitting POS systems into retail units  

*Managing own workload / liaising with end client agreeing times of work  

*Representing the company in professional manor 

*Measuring and fitting signage to permanent fixtures  

The Person 

*Must hold valid CSCS Card  

*Must have full clean UK driving licesne  

*Ability to stay away from home throughout the week  

*Be able to demonstrate basis trade skills (Carpentry, fitting, fitter, Assembly, DIY etc)  

*Ability to communicate with client in a professional manner  

*Flexible with working patterns – No set Hours  

*Confident driver – able to drive for long periods of the days – sometimes all day (8-10 hours)  

Benefits / useful Info 

*PAID / on the clock when leaving the depot in Tewkesbury to return to depot  

*Meal allowance - £20 daily / use of company Van / accommodation paid for 

*£12ph  - inexperienced fitters or £13-16ph experienced fitters  

*Average hours including with travel – 50 hours / tons of overtime – some week up to 80 hours available  

*TEAM BONUSES / PERFORMANCE BONSUES / XMAS BONUSES  

The company recognises loyalty and will train fitters and increase salary as you develop with the company – many of the workforce currently have been with the company for over 15 years.
