* Oversee the daily operations of the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager.

* Ensure the delivery of a high-quality educational experience in line with the EYFS framework.

* Support the Nursery Manager with staff supervision and appraisals.

* Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers, enhancing their involvement in the development of their children.

* Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
