Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an individual to join our client's team in the role of Customer Service Lead. As a vital member of our Supply Chain structure, the Customer Service Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless processing of orders and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this management position requires strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.

Candidates will have experience working with a customer service leading role, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be confident and have the ability to manage a small team.

The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

What will you be doing?

Lead and manage the Customer Services Team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Oversee the efficient processing and confirmation of both international and domestic orders.
Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and proactive relationship management.
Facilitate the Weekly Orders Planning Meeting to ensure alignment across departments and timely order fulfilment.
Manage customer complaints efficiently through our Q-Pulse system, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with other key departments such as manufacturing, QC, and R&D to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives to identify and implement solutions for operational improvements.

The Customer Service Lead is responsible for ensuring clear and timely communication with customers, providing them with updates on their orders and managing expectations effectively.

Additionally, internal communication with the Business Development and Sales Team is crucial, as well as maintaining strong collaboration with manufacturing, R&D, and quality departments.
