Position: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer - Crewe Magistrates Court
Contract: 4 months with the possibility of extending
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £11.88
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an organised, motivated Admin Officer to support the admin team based at Crewe Magistrates Court. Duties will include but not be limited to; preparing papers and files for court hearings, producing court documents, creating and updating records on in-house computer system, data input, post opening and dispatch, handling counter (face to face) and telephone enquiries to court staff and the general public and providing a helpful, prompt, polite and right first time service to both internal and external customers. Training will be provided on internal systems. Excellent communication and IT skills are required for this post.
Requirements:
" Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
" Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
