Essential Experience:

Property experience with either an estate agent or a new build developer
A stable employment profile

Day to day duties:

Dealing with enquiry's from potential buyers
Conducting viewings & chasing up the customer after an appointment
Presentation of the sales & marketing suite
Progression sales from reservation to exchange & then completion
Handing customers over to the customer service team
