A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join the enthusiastic and professional team at one of our client's family-friendly holiday parks.  We are seeking a hands-on Bar Manager for our client's busy and exciting bar and restaurant.   

You will oversee the daily operational duties and performance of the F&B front of house team, ensuring that customers receive an excellent quality hospitality service and that standards are adhered to and that statutory requirements are always met. 
 
As Bar Manager you with assist the business in ensuring the overall profitability of the food and beverage department by effective utilisation of resources so that targets are achieved,  
 
Main duties and responsibilities:

Ensuring that the bar areas are set up for the day’s business
Ensuring that any staff are briefed and directed accordingly
Helping to run any events on the day
Working closely with the Park Manager to ensure that the finer details for successful service are in place
Ensuring that Food and Beverage rooms are cleared and reset at the start or end of each service
Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
Help create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures  
Key Skills and Experience

Will have experience as an F&B/Bar Manager within a guest focused environment
Will be passionate about hospitality and will enjoy the buzz of running shifts
Will have an excellent eye for detail
Be very hands on during service and lead from the front
