The Role

Our client is currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join their expanding site in Telford. The client is a market leading manufacturer and supplier to some of the UK's most well-known house-hold brands.

Duties and responsibilities:

To work as well as manage the running of process lines, and to ensure the co-ordination of these areas to work at full efficiency.
To lead all of those on the process line and to hold responsibility for their conduct and ability to do the role whilst maintaining the quality standard of the plant.
To be able to evaluate and identify areas of improvement on the production line and ensuring there is a clear route for improvement and using data to influence these decisions.
To be able to maintain and develop the layout of the factories to ensure the presence of an efficient workflow.
To analyse and report on the results of implemented techniques, methods, schedules, downtime, cycle times, etc…The Candidate

To be able to build key relationships, developing a strong in-house culture which will back your decisions.
To have vast knowledge of highly automated Lean manufacturing environments.
Experienced in manufacturing in any of the following sectors: FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Automotive
