Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a dynamic, award-winning law firm with offices across the North of England. This is a full-time, permanent job, based at their office in Lytham. In addition to a competitive salary they also offer a generous holiday allowance, your birthday off and hybrid working.

Role Responsibilities

My client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding property team. You’ll be working alongside an experienced, supportive and friendly team who handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters.

Your duties will include the following:

* Managing a varied caseload of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy, right to buy, re-mortgages and transfers of equity

* Meeting with clients as required and handling enquiries

* Preparing legal documents

* Examine and report on title

* Deal with exchange and completion

Person Specification
