Are you a numbers enthusiast with a talent for teaching? We are seeking a dedicated Maths Instructor to join our team at a thriving secondary school in Southend on Sea. This is an opportunity to inspire young minds and make mathematics exciting!

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging maths lessons that foster students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.
As a Maths Instructor, develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
Monitor student progress and provide targeted support as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall maths education program.
Requirements:

A strong foundation in mathematics and a passion for teaching.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to make complex concepts accessible.
Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential for a Maths Instructor.
A proactive approach to student learning and classroom management.
A commitment to professional development and continuous learning as a Maths Instructor.
