EMEA Payroll Specialist - Permanent - London/Hertfordshire borders - Hybrid
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a pharmaceutical company, who are recruiting for an EMEA Payroll Specialist, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the analysis, execution and support of the EMEA payroll operations and is on a hybrid basis, of 1 day per week.
The EMEA Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

* Preparing and supporting over 5,000 employees, in 37 countries.
* Play a key role in expansion initiatives including managing the implementation of 3rd party vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance in multiple countries
* Executing day-to-day data entry, data corrections, mass upload etc
* Performing audits and validations of payroll transactions
* Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and/ or employee satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing vendor internal process improvement.
Key Skills:

* Significant experience in EMEA payroll, minimum of 6 years and full knowledge of legislations
* Experience of working with ADP is essential
* Proficient on Excel
