Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit an administrator to support a small engineering department. Your duties will entail managing the engineers diaries and ensuring they have all of the relevant documentation. This is a hands on administrative role and would be suitable for a person who has experience working in a similar role.
THE ROLE:
Supporting a small engineering team.
Managing diaries and ensuring the engineers has the relevant travel details.
Managing all documentation for service visits, ensuring the engineers have the relevant paperwork required.
Up-selling to existing customers and building relationships.
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience providing administrative support to a service team.
Excellent organisational skills and able to work to deadlines.
Previous experience organising travel and diaries.
A high level of customer service skills and the ability to communicate internally and externally.
