Our client, a well-known and expanding group business based on the outskirts of Norwich, have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Corporate Tax. They also allow hybrid working, usually split 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Ideally you will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with at least 3 years experience dealing with corporate tax matters. You must have ability to lead and manage a team in a fast paced environment. You will have a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset.

In your role as Head of Corporate Tax, you will also be responsible for:

Lead a team of corporate tax advisors, offering guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the corporate tax team, ensuring adherence to UK tax laws and regulations.
Handle advanced advisory tasks and review the work of junior team members.
Develop and enhance processes and controls concerning tax compliance and reporting, emphasising accuracy and promptness.
Identify opportunities for enhancing value in tax planning, structuring, and optimisation to bolster business growth and profitability.
Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with external advisors, tax authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
Evaluate and present data of business unit performance, offering insight and recommendations to the Board.
