Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

Assist in the creation and development of architectural drawings, plans, and designs under the guidance of senior team members.
Conduct on-site visits and surveys to gather essential project information.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to contribute to project advancement.
Utilise industry-standard software such as Revit to produce and amend technical drawings.
Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building regulations and health and safety standards.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop within the field of architecture.
