Milton Keynes

£26-£27 per hour!

Are you a passionate and dedicated Health Visitor seeking a rewarding role within a supportive and forward-thinking team?

Hunter MH is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Health Visitor to join a fantastic team in Milton Keynes. You will play a vital role in delivering the Healthy Child Programme, providing vital support and guidance to families with children from 0-5 years old.

Job Details:

What: Health Visitor (SCPHN)
Where: Milton Keynes. 
When: ASAP
PAY: £26-£27 per hour.
Type: Full time and Part Time.
Start: ASAP 
What you'll do:

Deliver the 5 mandated Healthy Child Programme checks.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical, emotional, and social development.
Provide expert advice and support to families on a range of issues, including breastfeeding, child development, nutrition, and parenting.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community services to ensure seamless care for families.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the 0-19 service.

Requirements:

A registered nurse with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) qualification
Experienced Health Visitor with NHS experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for working with children and families.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to delivering high-quality care
