An appealing opportunity awaits for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving team at their Birmingham office and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects.
You'll be a member of a 25-strong team in Birmingham, you'll have the opportunity to engage in a wide array of projects, including those in healthcare, residential, commercial, and various other sectors. Collaborating closely with your colleagues, you'll play a pivotal role in tasks such as accurately estimating project costs, meticulously managing budgets throughout the construction phase, overseeing the procurement of essential materials and services, diligently controlling expenses to align with budgetary constraints, and ensuring that all projects adhere to stringent quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
The preferred candidate should possess a degree in a construction-related field, preferably in quantity surveying, coupled with prior experience in a consultancy setting. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of the construction industry and exhibit the determination to excel and achieve success.
Up to £35,000 salary
Exposure to array of projects within commercial, retail, residential, mixed due, education, health and hospitality.
