Position: Children's Home Registered Manager
Salary: £40,500 - £43,500 (Increasing to £46,500 after 1 year)

As the Children's Home Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people within our home. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure the well-being, safety, and development of all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's home
Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of each resident
Providing strong leadership and support to the staff team
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment for children and young people to thrive
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a children's residential setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality care and support
