EMEA Payroll Specialist - 9 month FTC - London/Hertfordshire borders - Hybrid
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a pharmaceutical company, who are recruiting for an EMEA Payroll Specialist, on an FTC basis. This role will be responsible for the analysis, execution and support of the EMEA payroll operations and is on a hybrid basis, of 1 day per week.
The EMEA Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
* Preparing and supporting with the UK 200 volume & Poland 100 volume, on a monthly basis, via ADP
* Play a key role in expansion initiatives including managing the implementation of 3rd party vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance in multiple countries
* Executing day-to-day data entry, data corrections, mass upload etc
* Performing audits and validations of payroll transactions
* Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and/ or employee satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing vendor internal process improvement.
Key Skills:
* Significant experience in UK payroll, minimum of 4 years and full knowledge of legislation's
* Experience of working with ADP is desirable
* Proficient on Excel
