Responsive Surveyor in London - Niyaa People Ltd

A highly respectable organisation is in search of a Responsive Surveyor to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term contract to cover the Gloucestershire area . As well as the possibility of a permanent role becoming available after this contract has finished, this position also offers flexible working options, support with qualifications, progression opportunities and a cohesive working environment. They are looking for someone who has some understanding of CDM and Disrepair .
The salary for this role is £48,000 - £52,000 (Inc. £5,000 Car Allowance)
Skills needed in the Responsive Surveyor role:
Reporting skills will be helpful to track targets and compare data for key performance indications
Taking responsibility for repair services requests and complaints made by tenants
Damp and Mould experience essential
Experience in the management and administration of domestic building repairs
Good organisation and self-management skillset
Knowledge of relevant legislation

Responsibilities of the Responsive Surveyor role:
Taking responsibility for repair services requests and complaints made by tenants
Understanding technical terms and damp causes, from leaks to condensation
Inspection of properties to specify repair/improvements in relation to damp and mould cases
Accurately record all necessary project information to assist in the control of the project
To prepare reports relating to condensation
Manage contractors' input in repairing and completing works
