The role of Installation Manager Fit Out & FF&E will involve:
Installation Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of furniture, fixtures and equipment
Management of all subcontractors and site operatives
Ensure that H&S procedures are adhere to by all site staff
Oversee the distribution of materials to enable installation team to work efficiently
Manage and arrange labour and resource required to complete works
Produce weekly reports for Contracts Managers and Directors
Attend site meetings as required with Main Contractors
Ensure that projects are completed within budget and deadlines
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
Working on projects ranging in value up to £5m
The ideal applicant will be an Installation Manager Fit Out & FF&E with
Must have Installation Management, Project Management, Site Management or Contracts Management experience within the fitout, furniture or joinery market sectors
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Must have CSCS Gold/Black card
Ideally will have SMSTS & FAAW
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Full UK driving license
