I am currently working with one of the UK's biggest packaging manufacturers who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Leighton Buzzard.
Main responsibilties:
Reporting into the Plant Manager
Managing a team of 10-20 staff
Involved in any developments of procedures
Making sure team if compliant to all health and safety procedures in place on site
Carrying out continuous improvements
Developing staff and making sure all training needed is provided
Aspects of budget management
Assisting with project launches
To be considered for this position you will have worked in an Engineering Management position and come from a plastics packaging/ manufacturing background.
