As a Graduate Consultant, you will have the chance to work on diverse projects that tackle some of the most pressing challenges in energy and sustainability. From renewable energy integration to carbon footprint reduction strategies, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change.

What we're looking for:

* A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a difference.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* A relevant degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

At all times and / or with an appropriate member of the team or designated person:

* Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and policy for example knowledgeable about transmission, distribution and embedded generation/power networks policy, planning policy, environmental policy and government policy relating to renewable energy.

* Preparing and assisting with planning applications for approval

* Analysing technical data, calculate performance and interpreting the information to clients to be approved by line manager.

* Effectively working independently or as a part of a team to meet the department’s requirements, as required both within the office, remote working environment and during site visits.

* Writing reports and action plans and making recommendations to be approved by line manager.

* Be proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* Able to use CAD, PV Sol and modelling software

* Demonstrate a high level of commitment to our company vision and values.

* Carry out any other duties which fall within the broad spirit, scope and purpose of this role.

Required Qualifications

* An Environmental / Sustainability / Energy / Building Services / Engineering related Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in a relevant subject. We will fund a Master’s degree for the right candidate. A Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable.

* 1-2yrs experience working within an environmental, sustainable, design or engineering consultancy.

* A form of professional accreditation is desirable.

* Awareness / understanding of one or more of the following is desirable:

- Energy Modelling

-EPCs

-BREEAM

-Climate Change
