Employee Name

Tekesales Agent required as a Sales and Introducer Relations Agent for a long established financial services client.

Supporting the company growth objectives and the sales strategy by developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with brokers and associated networks. Reporting to the Operations Manager with responsibility to Head of Sales as well.

Main Duties

· Support the Head of Sales to achieve the annual plan.

· Adherence with the Broker Relationship Procedure guide to ensure the brokers are worked in accordance with the sales strategy.

· Manage Broker and Introducer relationships and passing of leads and enquiries to the Underwriters.

· Responsible for connecting with new and existing business leads that have been assigned in order to generate new business.

· Perform due diligence on new relationships such as permissions and commission arrangements.

· Enter introducer details on the CRM system and ensure all information is kept up to date.

· Effectively educate introductory contacts and clients in the detail of the products available and how the company operates.

· Prioritise diary to plan calls for introducers to maintain good broker relationships and maximise potential new business.

· Meet/exceed outbound daily call targets

· Ensure that contractual documents have been released and returned promptly. Use broker relationship to ensure the timely review of outstanding terms and documents, general chasing as required.

· You may from time to time be required to represent the Company at various industry events and meetings.

· Take initial enquiry details to support and expediate decision in principle facilitation.

· Input all relevant data in in all relevant systems to enable robust reporting on the department management information on the case management system.

· Manage your assigned brokers as per the broker strategy.

· Undertake training and development to expand knowledge as may be required from time to time; including Legal, Underwriting, Sales and Business Support.
