Role Summary

The Operational Support Administrator role at MCL is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised individual to help ensure the smooth running of the organisation's operations. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. The successful applicant will be a self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable working with our fast-paced, ever-changing client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service. Occupational Health operations knowledge is desirable but not essential. They will be comfortable troubleshooting and problem-solving and have a passion for supporting the success of the organisation.

As part of the MCL Medics team, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to.

Efficiently scheduling clinical appointments

Ensuring the smooth operation of clinics

Engaging with clients

Handling telephone calls, website enquiries and emails

Creation and management of digital files, maintaining accurate clinical data in Occupational Health systems
This permanent role will be 5 days per week located at our Southport office.

What Are We Looking For?

Strong experience in planning and organising your time, and that of others and in a positive manner

Relationship building skills - excellent ability to work well and flexibly within a team structure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer Care - Capable of delivering results, and meeting customer expectations through effective planning and administration

Ability to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practices

Problem solving and using initiative

Upmost discretion in dealing with confidential information

Good IT Skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 Products
