Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a HR Policy Training Partner to join our HR Department at our Lutterworth site. 

As HR Policy Training Partner you will design, develop and deliver HR policy training initiatives that ensure legal compliance, best practice and support business objectives whilst developing managers to ensure they are competently handling employee related matters in line with internal and external protocols.

You will partner with key stakeholders to drive the HR policy training agenda, establishing training needs and managing them through to delivery.  

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm offering a competitive salary and package with the opportunity to work for a forward thinking market leader.

Job responsibilities of HR Policy Training Partner include:

Design, develop and review the Group HR Policy training suite on an ongoing basis
Maintain business knowledge across the group to understand business strategies, goals and objectives
Ensure alignment of HR policy training delivery with business strategy
Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement in line with legislative requirements, updates and best practice
Drive the HR Policy training agenda, ensuring buy in from key stakeholders through partnership
Work with key stakeholders to ensure the design and delivery of programmes is fit for purpose and supports business goals
Identify any HR policy training gaps within both the organisation and individuals in order to develop an HR policy training plan, offering guidance and support to develop capabilities
Actively maintain and develop Continuous Professional Development and actively seek improvement opportunities for the delivery of HR policy training, utilising opportunities for E-Learning, Virtual Learning and blended learning where appropriate
Ensure engaging and effective training takes place in line with pre-determined frequencies and timescales
Develop and evolve the HR Policy training medium to ensure that the most effective offerings are made at the right time
Maintain efficient Administration and Planning practices
Recording of and reporting on course delivery statistics to key stakeholders to ensure business goals are being met
Ensure follow up coaching is available where necessary to ensure training material is put into practice effectively
Work with key stakeholders to ensure instances of underperformance are supported
Ensure that all processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure consistency of approach across all business units

Qualifications

To apply for the role of HR Policy Training Partner, you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

Extensive Employment Law knowledge and worked experience
Experience of designing and developing training plans and their delivery
Experience with alternative platforms for training delivery
Confident and credible public speaking skills
Ability to collaborate and network effectively with stakeholders
Experience delivering engaging and effective training to large groups
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Articulate and engaging
