Tenant Liaison Officer in Oldham - CV-Library

We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced temporary Tenant Liaison Officer to join one of our clients in the Oldham area. This client is a major player within the domestic maintenance sector, working right the way across the UK, providing maintenance solutions to thousands of residents.

This particular role will be based in the Oldham area and will be directly working alongside residents and clients in order to mitigate and resolve any maintenance issues the residents may have. Due to this being a customer facing role, we require a candidate who can communicate effectively, both verbally and in a written format.

This role will include tasks such as managing the Tenant's complaints and escalating them to the site managers, attending regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is provided at all times, and maintaining the on site database to reflect on going works .

In order to be considered for this project you must be able to provide the following:

- Up to date references

- Driving licence and own vehicle

- Previous Tenant Liaison Officer experience
