Client:
Our client is a multi-million-pound organisation, operating predominantly in the South East, they are a market leader within the Construction Industry. The company was established over 100 years ago and are well-known and respected for their high-quality products and superior levels of service.
You will be responsible for:
* Generating new business and identifying opportunity to grow existing accounts
* Managing your own diary
* Achieving operational targets, budgets and KPI’s
* Territory management
* Building relationships with decision makers
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 5 year of Technical Sales experience within concrete products environment.
* Have a successful sales background/knowledge within Construction/Building materials
* Live within the areas of Suffolk/Essex
* Line management experience would be advantageous
* Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
* Entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen
