This company specialise in property services with a focus on sustainability. They predominantly operate within the sports, leisure and hospitality sectors offering consultancy, project management, building surveying and asset management services. Having gone from strength to strength in recent years, since appointing a new MD, they are continuing to see ongoing year on year growth. As such they are now looking to take on an additional Project Manager to join the team.

This role offers hybrid working, with it anticipated you will work from home 2 days a week and then from the office or visiting project sites the other 3 days. You will ideally be Midlands based or down the M5, and will require a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You will cover a number of projects simultaneously and be required to visit sites a couple of days a week. The role will oversee refurbishment sustainability projects from concept to completion. You will manage the procurement, installation and maintenance of renewable energy system including overseeing the tendering process, evaluation and selection of external contractors and suppliers. The company are happy to provide ongoing technical support and can enable you to progress to sponsorship through RICS, MCIOB or Chartered Project Manager routes.

This is the perfect role for a Project Manager from either an M&E, Building Services or Fit-out type background looking to join a close-knit team that can offer support and development opportunities.

The role:
*Oversee multiple sustainability projects from concept to completion
*Travel to sites around the Midlands and down the M5 corridor
*Provided ongoing development and support through chartership
*Hybrid working

The person:
*Project Management background with strong client or consultancy background
*Background in M&E, Building Service or Fit-Out type projects
*Commercial project experience
*Full UK driving license
