The role will require you to
Manage a trade operative team to deliver quality first time fix repairs in our customer's homes.
Manage operative productivity and monitor progress by undertaking inspections of work (in progress and post).
Manage approved subcontractor's performance and compliance with contractual agreements through regular assessment of quality and timescales.
Monitor that operatives are maintaining appropriate levels of vehicle stock.
Manage and control of materials in line with legislative standards and company guidelines.
Ensure that the company's obligations relating to Health and Safety and other statutory regulations are adhered to through monitoring of safe working practices.
Ensure timely investigation and response to all complaints. Ensuring work flow tasks are completed and that the systems are updated.
Support the protection and safety of our customers by ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and safeguarding concerns are appropriately identified, monitored, and reported.
The successful candidate will have either a trade NVQ 3 or equivalent experience and has previously managed a team of trade operatives in a repair and maintenance environment.
A full, clean current driving licence is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks.
